1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Whitson Hospitality (“Sponsor”), based in Nashville, Tennessee. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

The prize includes service within a 30‑mile radius of Nashville, TN. Winners located outside this radius may redeem the prize; however, any travel, lodging, mileage, or transportation costs required for the chef to travel outside the 30‑mile radius must be assumed by the winner.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on December 14, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following steps on the applicable giveaway post:

  1. Follow @chefjwhitty on the platform where the entry is made

  2. Like the official giveaway post

  3. Comment on the giveaway post by sharing your favorite holiday food tradition

  4. Tag two (2) people in the same comment

Each qualifying comment that meets the above requirements counts as one (1) entry. No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Private 3‑Course Dinner for Two, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $500.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize must be redeemed between January 1, 2026 and February 10, 2026.

  • The dinner date is subject to the Sponsor’s availability and must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.

  • The prize is non‑transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or resold.

  • Ingredients, menu style, and final execution are at the discretion of the Sponsor, subject to reasonable dietary restrictions discussed in advance.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across Instagram and TikTok during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about December 24, 2025.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @chefjwhitty account on the platform used to enter. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the allotted time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The winner may be required to verify age, identity, and eligibility before prize fulfillment.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and general location (e.g., city/state) for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to technical failures, scheduling issues, travel complications, or personal injury.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Tennessee.

11. Miscellaneous

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
